MONMOUTH JUNCTION, NJ -
September 14, 2010 - Infinova today announced that it will introduce its new
V6921-G Series 2.0 megapixel network zoom minidome cameras with a 1/2.5-inch
progressive scan CMOS sensor and 10X optical zoom lens at Booth 1447 during
the ASIS International Seminar and Exhibition to be held October 12-15 in the
Dallas Convention Center and at IFSEC India to be held November 23-25 in Mumbai.
With a high resolution of 2.0 megapixel and 10X zoom, these cameras can capture
the smallest details in different light conditions. They deliver excellent and
reliable image quality while working in a networked environment and are an ideal
choice for every surveillance application.
"Users want the flexibility
to adopt optimum resolutions based on their network bandwidth, illumination
conditions and storage capacity," emphasizes Mark S. Wilson, Infinova vice
president, marketing. "The V6921-G series cameras support H.264 high profile
and MJPEG video compression formats for easily viewing video in limited bandwidth
networks and storing the video footage data. Their maximum resolution reaches
1920 x 1080 in the H.264 format."
The V6921-G series cameras
also provide additional functions, such as an optional SD card for local recording
up to 32GB, bidirectional audio, multiple options to process alarms and privacy
mask. In addition to a separate power supply, they can work on power over Ethernet
(PoE). They are available in surface, pendant and recessed mount configurations.
