VALENCIA, CALIF. - January
18, 2006 - Delta Scientific, the leading manufacturer of counter-terrorist vehicle
control systems used in the United States and internationally, today announced
that Delta Scientific and U.S. State Department veteran Troy Bischof have opened
the first of a series of Delta Scientific branch service engineering offices.
The new Tampa, Fla. office will cover the U.S. Southeast.
"With the enormous growth we've experienced over the past several years,
it is becoming increasingly important to get closer to our customers,"
explained Delta Scientific Senior Vice President David Dickinson. "With
his vast experience, Troy Bischof is the perfect choice to head up the first
of these branch offices."
Bischof is a seven-year veteran with Delta Scientific, most recently working
out of Delta's Lorton, Va. Product Support Division. He has been involved in
basically every type of vehicle control installation, including those protecting
facilities from car and truck bombings. While with the United States Department
of State, Bischof, started up the agency's vehicle barrier maintenance program
for overseas contracts.

and consulates in 130-plus countries as well as those of the United Kingdom
